Critical Force is looking for a talented 3D artist to create high quality 3D models and textures for our mobile games. In this role you’ll be creating 3D models and textures for all aspects of the game project(s), including (but not limited to) weapons, environments and props.
In Critical Force we always put quality first and try to ensure that we build robust, scalable and highly available systems.
You will be ensuring and maintaining good communication channels within the community team and to other internal teams. You will be taking care of planning both short and long term goals and making sure the team has everything they need to reach those. You are also expected to help the team to evaluate and improve their workflow, to enable them to work more efficiently.Your job will be to take responsibility for the development and technical aspects of Critical Ops and potentially other projects, and making sure they will reach their full potential. You will be also acting as a mentor for less experienced developers and help to improve their skills.
